Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:


  • The item you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • You need a different size

All return requests must be submitted within a specified timeframe after delivery (you can add your exact number of days if you want). Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Return approvals are required before sending any item back.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued if the tracking information from the shipping carrier clearly shows that your package was not delivered.

Refunds will not be issued for:


  • Shipping delays caused by the carrier
  • Orders arriving later than your desired or intended date
  • Delays once the package has been shipped and is no longer in our possession

Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, it is no longer under our control and is not our responsibility.

Fraud & Disputes

 

Any false claims, attempted fraud, or dishonest disputes (including chargebacks for orders marked as delivered by the carrier) will result in:


  • Immediate denial of the refund
  • Permanent banning from our website
  • Loss of future purchasing privileges



We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates this policy.
