Shipping Policy
All orders are processed and shipped within 1–5 business days of placing your order, excluding weekends and holidays.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please note that any delays that occur after the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier are outside of our control. This includes, but is not limited to, delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances.
We are not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by the carrier once the order has left our facility. If you experience a delay, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly using the provided tracking information.
